1. Shipping Rates
We offer a simple, flat shipping rate to make your shopping experience easier:
- Standard Shipping (Servientrega): Flat rate of $5.00 USD.
- This rate applies to all domestic orders, regardless of weight or destination within our standard delivery zones.
2. Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once processed and collected by Servientrega, delivery usually takes:
- Major Cities: 2 to 3 business days.
- Regional/Remote Areas: 4 to 7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather or carrier delays.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
- You can track your package directly on the Servientrega Tracking Portal.
- Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
5. Shipments to Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes)
Please provide a physical address (home or office) for your delivery, as Servientrega generally requires a signature or a specific physical location for delivery and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
6. Damages and Problems
If you receive your order damaged, please keep all packaging materials and the damaged products, and contact our support team at francisco@sea-shield.com or via WhatsApp at +507 6977-2752 within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. International Shipments
Currently, we only offer shipping within Panama. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
